OMNIconnect Business Broadband is delivered either using one of the following types of connection: PPPoE or Statically Assigned IP.

Once a service is provisioned, clients will receive an email stating which connection type is being used for your specific connection.

PPPoE.

When PPPoE details are provided, you will need to configure your router to use a PPPoE type of connection during setup.

We will provide you a PPPoE username and password that will look something like this:

Static IP Address.

When Static IP details are provided, you will need to configure your router to use a Static IP type of connection during setup.

We will provide you with an IP Address, Netmask and Gateway that need to be entered into the field on your router when requested.

Once these credentials have been configured with these settings, your internet should connect and you should be online.
