Our escorted access policy falls into the following categories:
Business Hours Escorted Access
Out of Hours Escorted Access
Emergency Out of Hours Escorted Access
To book in Escorted Access during Business Hours or Out of Business Hours, please book via the escorted access booking form or email support@omniconnect.com.au and include the following details:
- Names of those attending the data centre
- Time they will be arriving and leaving
- The rack(s) you will be working in
- If performing any installations, what they will be
- If you require any technical assistance
To get Emergency Out of Hours Escorted Access, please call the 24/7 NOC number provided to you in your agreement.
Please note that in order to organise or get Escorted Access, you will need to be on an Approved Access list.
