Here are the basic settings you need to enter into your e-Mail client to be able to send and receive emails:

To receive:


POP3 or IMAP are supported

Enable SSL/TLS

Your username is your FULL email address. 

To send:


TLS is required

Authentication is required

Your SMTP port MUST be 587

Each individual mail client will have online help files available which will guide you in the right direction.  Use your favourite search engine to locate the correct setup guides for your particular email client.

Lastly, if you are still experiencing difficulties, check that it's not your virus filter causing issues.  You may need to temporarily disable it to confirm if it is, indeed, the cause of any issues.
